Why is Chris Gayle again and again targeted for his captaincy? What kind of team did West Indies have to even compete with South Africa in a Test Series? I am layman and even I know Narsingh Deonarine, Dale Richards and sorry to say Brendon Nash are not up to international class. So you have 3 out of your top 6 who are not international class. It doesn’t matter who captains this team they will fare the same way as Gayle did. Had they had Barath and Sarwan I am sure they would have fared much better. And to add to the woes you have Ravi Rampaul who has a grand total of 4 wickets in 5 test matches and every one wants west Indies to win with this team. Give me a break.
