In a WICricNews.com exclusive, the WICB has offered retainer contracts to 18 players for the upcoming contract year. Missing from the list are Chris Gayle, Dwayne Bravo, Kieron Pollard and who were not on the retainer contract list for the past year.

Not sure it matters I am not surprised anymore by WICB surprises.
