So the mumbai indians got fined for a slow over rate and sachin may get a ban because he is the captain, the same thing happened to Kings and i think Sangakkara got a ban......do u think modi is trying to make the already fast pace game even more face paced, its taking the charm away from t20

These i think are standard for any form of cricket...

For the IPL it becomes more important because of TV programing...

Modi did well to eliminate those stupid half time intervals they came up with in IPL 2

he still has the strategic time out, which is more like a momentum killer.....thats just bad for t20

yeh but these time outs are not mandatory... it is up to the teams to take them...

if the games go longer, dont they make more money from Ads?
