South Africa have left out Morkel, and David Miller is out with a knee injury. Roelof van der Merwe and Mark Boucher come in, so it is likely AB de Villiers will relinquish the big gloves.

Very short and looping outside off, the lack of pace makes Gayle pull rather than cut, and it carries easily to Smith at mid on, whose reaction suggests that it was a planned dismissal.
