After a terribly disappointing summer, it’s time for the West Indies to switch gears and try to salvage some pride as they turn to the longer format of the game and it will take a tremendous, near miraculous effort for the West Indies to get their act together.

Happened one over after this controversial review...
26.6 Benn to Petersen, no run, 57.5 mph, loud shout for lbw Turned down.. They have gone for the UDRS. It was a full delivery, really full. Petersen was late in getting the bat in line and the ball hit the front boot on the full. If you are struck full, you have to then assume that the ball will go on straight. He was struck in line of the off stump. That has to be out. oh no Not out is the verdict. They reckon the evidence is not conclusive that the line of impact was on the off stump line .. hmmm [/i]

Well, the light meter is out and the umpires are in consultation. The light looks bad and the players have walked off for bad light. Rain, and now Bad light, it is just that kind of gloomy day. Bad Light has halted play here. However, there is hope that light may improve.

Finally the partnership is broken.
Prince goes at 57 even though he should have been gone at 35 when the score was 174 for 5 and not 229 for 5.
